Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Free for all orders within India)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location, especially in remote areas. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India, regardless of order value. This is part of our commitment to making Ayurvedic wellness accessible to everyone.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). During sale periods or special promotions, processing time may extend to 72 hours due to higher order volumes. You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
  • A processing confirmation when your order is being prepared

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our hassle-free return policy is designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery date
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact
  • All product labels, batch numbers, and authenticity stickers must be present and unaltered
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Items that have been opened or used

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and your reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
  5. After packing the item(s) handle it to delivery executive

Return Shipping Costs

  • Mokshveda covers all return shipping costs

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund as follows:

  • The full purchase price of the returned item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's policies
  • For payment methods like COD or bank transfers, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your provided account

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but occasionally items may be damaged during transit or have manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will promptly resolve the issue.

How to Report Damaged or Defective Items

  1. Inspect your package immediately upon delivery
  2. If damage is visible on the outer packaging, note this with the delivery person if possible
  3. Take clear photos of:
    • The damaged outer packaging (if applicable)
    • The damaged or defective product
    • Any batch numbers, expiration dates, or product identifiers
